About Crotched Mountain

Situated in the Monadnock Region of southern New Hampshire, Crotched Mountain is a beloved local favorite famous for its “Midnight Madness” sessions, allowing skiers and snowboarders to ride until midnight under the lights. Featuring a 1,000-foot vertical drop and 100 skiable acres, it is a compact yet thrilling resort that packs a punch with 100% snowmaking coverage.

Terrain and Trails

Crotched Mountain boasts 25 trails serviced by 5 lifts, including “The Rocket,” a high-speed detachable quad that zips riders to the summit in just three minutes. The terrain is evenly distributed with 28% beginner, 50% intermediate, and 22% advanced runs, making it an excellent spot for families and progression. The mountain also features well-maintained terrain parks for freestyle enthusiasts.
