About Heavenly

Heavenly Mountain Resort, straddling the border of California and Nevada in South Lake Tahoe, is an iconic winter destination. Renowned for its stunning, panoramic views of the sapphire-blue waters of Lake Tahoe and the arid Nevada desert, it offers a dual-state skiing experience unlike any other. Heavenly is famous for its high-energy atmosphere, vibrant après-ski scene, and massive terrain footprint.

Terrain and Trails

As one of the largest ski resorts in North America, Heavenly boasts an incredible 4,800 skiable acres and a staggering 3,500-foot vertical drop. The resort features 97 trails served by a network of 28 lifts, including a scenic gondola that departs straight from downtown South Lake Tahoe. Expert skiers test their mettle on the legendary, mogul-filled Gunbarrel run, while intermediates can cruise the miles of groomed corduroy on Ridge Run while soaking in the majestic lake views.
