Owned and operated by Middlebury College, the Middlebury Snow Bowl in Vermont is steeped in history. Opening in 1934, it stands proudly as the third oldest ski area in Vermont. It maintains a classic, unpretentious New England vibe while serving as the home training ground for the highly competitive Middlebury College ski team, breeding generations of collegiate and Olympic athletes.
The Snow Bowl offers over 600 acres of skiable terrain, including extensive glades, with 110 acres of formally cut trails and a 1,000-foot vertical drop. It is serviced by 3 chairlifts and a magic carpet. The mountain strikes a great balance with beautifully pitched, homologated racing trails like Allen and Ross, combined with highly accessible beginner and intermediate cruisers, and phenomenal tree skiing when natural snow falls.
Planning your ski day at Middlebury Snow Bowl is easier than ever with our live high-definition webcams.
